Week 2: Let’s Revisit What You Wrote

Before we dive into the next step in our DIY Brand Design series, let’s do a light review.

Go back to your Brand Discovery or Brand Alignment Clarity worksheet—whichever one you filled out (or both).
Read through your answers. Then ask yourself:

  • What stood out?

  • What surprised you?

  • What felt flat, rote, or like something you’ve said too many times before?

  • And what felt curious, alive, or even a little uncomfortable?

You don’t need to change anything yet. Just notice.
Maybe even jot a quick note in the margins or highlight the parts that feel most true.

We’re about to take this a step deeper.

Next up is a sharp little tool called the Savage exercise—and it’s all about clarity.

Here’s your only prep:
⚡When we do it, you’ll want to be blunt.
⚡Drop the marketing voice. Forget trying to sound nice or polished or correct.
⚡This isn’t about blaming your clients—it’s about seeing their challenges without softening the edges.

It’s hard. But it helps!
